We received our Office IKEA order today, and the delivery men, Ricky and Chris, were very helpful making the delivery as smooth as possible. I was in meeting when they arrived, but fortunately, they called my cell multiple times to let me know they had arrived and were awaiting instruction on where to leave the delivery.
I believe it was due to IKEA that our delivery arrived on the 30th rather than the estimated May 25th delivery date, but we were happy they gave us a 24-hour notice and a 4-hour time window for when the delivery was going to be made.
Ricky and Chris were very kind and helpful – they brought the boxes right where were needed them and made sure they were not in anyone’s way. One box was pretty torn, but the drivers checked the box before the delivery to ensure that nothing was missing or damaged. The item was strangely boxed, so I’m not sure the delivery company could have improved the state of that box. Everything was delivered in perfect shape. They allowed me time to check the damaged box to make sure I was okay with everything before signing off on the delivery. Thanks Ellis!Sarah Murphy
